Where do I even begin? Five or six months ago, I was scrambling through self-employed life, trying to be everything at once - physio, accountant, social media manager, marketer, admin, and everything in between. Like so many business owners, I was wearing all the hats, but being pulled in a million directions meant I wasn’t doing any of them as well as I wanted to. Add in three children at home and ADHD, and quite frankly, I was just trying to keep my head above water.

I genuinely cannot imagine running my business without them now. They have given me the headspace, confidence, and support to grow, expand, and aim higher than I ever thought I could on my own.
